Faith and Spirituality

Life can raise questions about who God is, where God was, or about one’s place in the universe.

Traumatic experiences can alter one’s perspective of the world and shake one’s faith. For many people, exploring the intersection between their experiences and their faith/spirituality is critical to healing and personal growth.

I will respect you and work with you to make meaning through your own framework. If you are a Christian, I am in a particularly good position to help you. Many people have suffered deep wounds in Christian settings. PKs, MKs, and TCKs, and the children of other Christian workers may have significant baggage and questions. I will not shy away from these questions, but will come alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and determine how you will live into and beyond your complex relationship with matters of faith and institutions.
