Adult Adoptees

Even under the best of circumstances, being adopted can be hard.

You may experience issues of identity, self-worth, grief and loss, and anger. Or issues of belonging, rootlessness, or a gnawing lack of resolution and repeated thoughts about what might have been. You may struggle to trust others, experience relational difficulties, or find it difficult to tolerate emotional or physical closeness. Maybe you have a wonderful adoptive family but something within you still feels sad or unsettled.

Let me come alongside you on your journey to grieve what you have lost, work through personal insecurities, identify and change unhelpful relational patterns, or overcome your fear of intimacy so that you can enjoy more meaningful, satisfying relationships.
